The soft bedding and crisp white sheets were so cute after our long journey. The staff were friendly and the rooms were contemporary and well-equipped. We were positioned in a quiet area of the hotel, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast had a huge selection and was the best we experienced in Turkey. The free Wi-Fi was super fast, much to the delight of our teenagers. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.

Great location for exploring the city's historic sites and Grand Bazar. Tram station right outside for easy transportation. Excellent service and flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. Helpful staff arranged tours and changed reservation dates. a pleasant and convenient stay.

At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were impressed by the excellent staff who provided friendly, professional, and efficient service. The reception staff, including Mustafa, Erol, Bushra, and Hussain. The housekeeping team was polite and the porters at the front reception went above and beyond to help us out. The location of this hotel was also a major plus - it was in the city center of the old town and close to the main historical sites. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being nicely and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect, right beside the grand bazaar and close to the attractions of historic Istanbul. It only took me 20-30 minutes to reach the blue mosque. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the attentive staff.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the grand bazaar, making it easy to explore and shop. It is also within walking distance to the Sultanahmet district, where all the popular tourist attractions are located. the hotel is just a short walk away from various restaurants, making it convenient to meet up with friends for a meal.
There were some issues with the hotel's safe, as mentioned by other guests. It seems that the safes need to be overhauled, and it was troubling to hear that the management did not provide a satisfactory solution when faced with this problem.
